  I have been wanting to try Novotny's for a long time, but it's a little out of that way since we live in Butler, and outside of their delivery. I saw the El Mariachi posted on FB and decided w would do a pickup and finally try it. It definitely didn't disappoint!
  
  The crust is perfect. Thin, chewy, and crispy. It's obviously a properly fermented pizza dough. The El Mariachi is packed full of flavor with grilled corn, black beans, red peppers, cotija cheese, and a cilantro pesto. I could have used a little more of the pesto drizzle and lime wedges, but that's splitting hairs.
  
  This particular pizza is a little on the high side, price wise(24.99 for an xl), and I'm guessing it's due to the cheese and I'm guessing local corn used. Other XLs range from 12.99-22.50, but on average most are under $20.  Because the El Mariachi is a meat free pizza, and the toppings are on the lighter side, it also isn't the most filling pizza. I would order it again though and am looking forward to trying some of their other specialty pizzas!
  
  They also had some specials, like two for $20 large cheese pizzas, which was less than I paid for my XL El Mariachi specialty pizza, and a great deal IMO for the quality of pizza. I love the uniqueness of the menu, and only wish it was closer to Butler!

  We came here after a friend suggested it. We were hoping it was as good as he said. I will tell you what they didnt disappoint! We ordered a steak and fries pizza. It was really good and filling. Their phone rang off the hook and even still were very attentive. If in the area totally suggest this place.

  I have gotten Pizza's and Subs dozens of times from Novotny's. The food is consistently good. The prices have gotten a bit high and the specials they used to run have mostly disappeared.  They do offer unusual concoctions every month or so to change things up a bit.
    Their Pizza is pretty darned good and is a nice change from the chains, so i guess It's worth a few extra bucks. I cannot comment on their delivery as i always pick my order up, but it is usually ready when promised.

  Update: Pizza is still good but I'm not so sure it's worth the price now. I'm not sure what has happened but it's very disappointing. Also service has really gone down hill. We used to order from here all the time and I'm sorry to say tonight's order will be our last. I really love to support local businesses but I think it's time to move on.
  Our last orders have gotten messed up and it just hasn't gotten any better. Delivery has taken about an hour and a half and I've had to call to see where a pizza is and then it finally arrives cold and missing elements.
  I was so happy that they offered gluten free pizza but twice the delivery driver showed up and had other parts of the order and had to call back to the shop only to tell me " oh we are all out of gf; sorry". This would have been nice to know up front.
  After several mistakes ( which happens) we kept trying but it's definitely time to move on to a new pizza shop.

  I thoroughly enjoyed Novotny's Pizza!  I've been there for takeout three or four times and it was consistently fresh and tasty!  I appreciate the way the owner is able to diversify his options and make some creative opportunities.  I loved Barbecue chicken pizza!  Love Novotny's!
